New Class! Drawing Holiday Recipes

An Online Skillshare Class by Christine Nishiyama

It finally feels like Fall here in Atlanta! I’m happy to be bundled in blankets and sweaters, and am patiently awaited Thanksgiving Day to eat aaaaaalllll the food.

In the meantime, my new Skillshare class went live last week! It’s called Foodie Illustration: Drawing Your Favorite Holiday Recipe, and not only will we dive into our memories and holiday nostalgia, but I’m also going be focusing on the DECISIONS I make in my process. To do that, I’m going to take you through my step-by-step process of illustrating a text-based recipe, stream of consciousness style.

I hope you get a chance to check out the new class as we get closer to the holidays! But I don’t really need an excuse to talk about, think about, and draw food, cause I pretty much do that all the time anyways. :)
